Matcha is a concentrated form of green tea.

It is a finely ground powder made from specially grown green tea leaves and originates in Japan. Unlike regular green tea, where you steep and discard the leaves, drinking matcha means you’re consuming the entire leaf and getting all its nutritional benefits.

Matcha isn’t just a pretty face; it's got some serious game when it comes to health benefits.

Why You'll Love It 💚

Matcha gives you a smooth, sustained energy boost over 4-6 hours thanks to its unique blend of natural caffeine and L-theanine. L theanine mitigates the jittery side effects of caffeine and slows down the absorption of caffeine into the bloodstream

 Energize Your Day
(Without the Crash!)

Matcha is loaded with antioxidants, particularly catechins and EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate). These bad boys help fight off free radicals & reduce inflammation in the body giving your immune system a boost and keeping your skin glowing and healthy.

Antioxidant Powerhouse

Buddhist monks have been sipping matcha for centuries to stay alert yet relaxed during long meditation sessions. The L-theanine in matcha stimulates the production of alpha brain waves promoting this state of calm and serene alertness.

Mindfulness in a Cup

Matcha supports your body’s natural detoxification processes due to its high content of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has antioxidant properties that help to cleanse your system from harmful toxins and heavy metals. The vibrant green colour of matcha comes from chlorophyll, so the greener the matcha the better it is for you!
